About The Position

GN Hearing is seeking a Software Engineer to join its development team in Glenview, Illinois. The role focuses on designing and implementing user-friendly desktop software for the healthcare industry, based on market needs and product manager and product owner demands. The successful candidate will learn and apply new technologies while delivering high-quality software.

Requirements

• Prior experience in software development.
• Demonstrated ability to create robust software designs and system architecture.
• Proficiency in reviewing and debugging code.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience with Blazor, Razor, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with WPF and MVVM.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio, Git, and Azure DevOps.
• Clear and effective written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively to meet agreed goals and manage individual tasks in a team environment.
• Experience with SAFe/Agile.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• In-depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
• High proficiency in software development and effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge and experience in web architecture.
