About The Position
Wintrust is hiring a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations at a banking center in Glenview, Illinois, while developing existing and new customer relationships. The role works with other lines of business to maximize the banking center’s growth and profitability. The manager also builds the bank’s local presence through community networking and outbound sales efforts. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous retail banking and managerial experience.
- Previous business development experience.
- Experience working with small business customers.

- College degree or related banking experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee branch operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and facility management.
- Manage banking center staff sales performance through coaching, staff development, and addressing performance issues as needed.
- Resolve escalated customer matters.
- Perform Personal Banker duties as necessary.
- Build and strengthen the bank’s presence in the local community by participating in networking events and initiating outbound calling efforts to drive branch sales.
- Work with other lines of business to maximize the banking center’s growth and profitability.
