About The Position

T-Mobile’s Summer 2027 internship is an 11-week paid learning experience with hands-on projects, training, mentorship, and opportunities to build relationships with interns and leaders across the company. The role supports the creation of modern, secure Data Products for data intelligence and AI enablement in HR and Workplace Experience. Interns work alongside T-Mobile employees and are expected to contribute ideas and work that can have an immediate impact.

Requirements

• Computer Science degree.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
• Must have one or more courses remaining in a Bachelor's or graduate degree program after the internship.

Responsibilities

• Join a scrum team and create and execute user stories that result in code commits, merge requests, and deployments that generate business value.
• Contribute to data analysis, engineering, and modeling.
• Create semantic layers and enterprise-scalable role-based access control (RBAC).

Benefits

• Paid internship wages of $27 to $50 per hour; actual pay is based on education and STEM versus non-STEM designation.
