As Software Engineer on the team you will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions across diverse cloud-native and on-premises environments. In this role, you will own the technical lifecycle of complex projects, prioritizing secure coding practices, user privacy, and exceptional UX to drive high-quality outcomes. You will also integrate advanced AI-enabled frameworks and development tools to accelerate product capabilities and streamline your daily workflow. Requirements
- Bachelors + 7 years of related experience, or Masters + 4 years of related experience, or PhD + 1 year of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
- Experience working with both cloud-native architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) and on-premises environments, specifically involving Kubernetes container orchestration
- Proficiency in programming in Python.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks, generative AI, and large language models.
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of Node.js.
- A strong foundation in responsible AI practices, AI governance, and artificial intelligence compliance, complemented by hands-on experience in prompt engineering and generative AI proficiency to meet business objectives.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform), and network automation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
- Experience in mentoring and upskilling junior engineers to ensure high-quality engineering standards and technical proficiency.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, leveraging deep expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and secure coding practices.
- Deploy and manage scalable solutions within cloud environments and on-premise environments.
