We are seeking a Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions, driving end-end implementation across complex cloud-native and on-premises architectures. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, or master’s degree with 4+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
- Requires solid conceptual and practical knowledge in primary technical job family and knowledge of related technical job families; has worked with a range of technologies.
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js programming languages.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks, generative AI, and large language models.
- Comprehensive expertise in the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and secure coding practices, integrated with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes container orchestration.
Nice To Haves
- Experience leading complex software projects and mentoring teams.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI use, and AI governance principles.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI model customization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform), and network automation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop software focusing on simplification, user experience (UX), secure coding practices, and user privacy.
- Leads delivery of high-quality design of features and deliverables.
- Lead or contribute to medium to complex projects or features from technical design through completion, driving results with minimal guidance.
- Develops and maintains AI-enabled applications, leveraging AI tools, frameworks, and agents to enhance product capabilities.
- Employs AI-enhanced development tools such as GitHub Copilot and AI code generation frameworks to accelerate development.
