Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, or master’s degree with 4+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
Requires solid conceptual and practical knowledge in primary technical job family and knowledge of related technical job families; has worked with a range of technologies.
Proficiency in Python and Node.js programming languages.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks, generative AI, and large language models.
Comprehensive expertise in the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and secure coding practices, integrated with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes container orchestration.

Nice To Haves

Experience leading complex software projects and mentoring teams.
Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible AI use, and AI governance principles.
Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI model customization.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform), and network automation.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Develop software focusing on simplification, user experience (UX), secure coding practices, and user privacy.
Leads delivery of high-quality design of features and deliverables.
Lead or contribute to medium to complex projects or features from technical design through completion, driving results with minimal guidance.
Develops and maintains AI-enabled applications, leveraging AI tools, frameworks, and agents to enhance product capabilities.
Employs AI-enhanced development tools such as GitHub Copilot and AI code generation frameworks to accelerate development.
