About The Position

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Software Developer specializing in SAP HCM to perform implementation, application support, and upgrade projects in the SAP HCM/HR domain. The role is based in Bridgewater, New Jersey, and travel is not required. The position involves integrating Workday with SAP R/3 using PECI and PICOF files, working with SAP GUI R/3 versions EHP5, EHP6, and EHP7, and designing SAP HCM ERP solution architectures. The developer will configure SAP R/3 to process and transform PECI data, implement and test integration solutions, and automate PECI file processing.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
A minimum of 10 years of employment experience as an SAP HCM Developer.

Responsibilities

Implement, support, and upgrade SAP HCM/HR applications.
Integrate Workday with SAP R/3 using PECI and PICOF files.
Work with SAP GUI R/3 versions EHP5, EHP6, and EHP7.
Design solution architecture and product solutions within SAP HCM ERP environments.
Design structural data flows from Workday to SAP R/3 using PECI files based on client requirements.
Configure SAP R/3 systems to transform PECI file data into required formats and create foundation objects.
Guide clients on system readiness and assist with downloading integration certificates.
Implement enhanced integration solutions to address gaps in PECI data flows.
Define integration scenarios, prepare test case checklists, and conduct PECI file testing through various phases to stabilize interfaces.
Configure process automation for PECI file processing.
