About The Position

Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, the Social Work Clinician II provides clinical and casework services to members served and their natural supports. The role includes person-centered recovery planning and collaboration with other services and agencies.

The position is part of Telecare Western Riverside Mental Health Urgent Care, which provides 24/7 voluntary treatment for adults age 18 and older experiencing a mental health crisis who wish to avoid a locked setting. The program uses a welcoming, home-like environment to assess crises, provide comfort, and connect individuals with resources to help prevent future crises. Services are recovery-oriented and delivered through a multidisciplinary team approach with a high level of peer-to-peer services.

This is a full-time overnight role, scheduled 11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Tuesday through Saturday. The expected starting wage range is $71,760.00–$80,487.11, with geographic pay differentials; starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Registration as an Associate of Social Work with the Board of Behavioral Science; registration must be valid and in good standing.
• One year of direct service experience with individuals with severe mental illness in an inpatient or outpatient setting.
