Social Producer (LA)
About The Position
We are a digital media company built on unique personalities linked by their passions and strong opinions on sports and pop culture. We are committed to producing the best content from the biggest names in their respective fields. We're seeking a creative, entertainment-savvy social content producer to shoot, edit, and manage social content for a new show launching in the LA area. You'll handle social media posts, edit social media videos, and capture behind-the-scenes content at interviews while collaborating on strategy and trends. The ideal candidate is skilled in the Adobe Suite, has a deep knowledge of entertainment and culture, and excels in capturing and producing engaging content. We are seeking a proactive and versatile Social Producer to join our dynamic team. This is a contract role based in Los Angeles. Candidates must be based in LA and willing to travel.
Requirements
- Strong passion and knowledge of entertainment/lifestyle talk content
- Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Able to shoot footage and handle basic lighting and audio
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- Strong eye for top performing content
Responsibilities
- Shoot, edit, produce behind-the-scenes content at interview recordings
- Communicate daily with the producer on high level notes and takeaways
- Post content across social platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
- Coordinate regularly with Head of Digital on data tracking, trends, and strategy
- Handle sales requests that involve shooting, editing and producing footage
