About The Position

Key Essentials to Behavior Management Corp (KEBM) is seeking a Social Pod Clinician, also known as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), to join their team. KEBM offers a supportive environment with on-site supervisors, readily available clinical support, and a clear career progression path. KEBM is a five-clinic ABA therapy company founded in 2016 by a BCBA with extensive experience. They utilize a proprietary S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology, which is a group-based ABA therapy model. The company serves a diverse client base, including those funded by insurance, private pay, and participants in open play and camp programs. KEBM emphasizes clinical quality and is committed to its employees, being a women-founded and minority-owned business.
