About The Position

The Lead Social Pod Clinician role is a senior peer mentor position, distinct from a traditional supervisory role. This position focuses on mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff, providing real-time coaching, and managing a senior caseload. The role is designed to prevent burnout and under-empowerment often seen in similar positions by clearly defining boundaries and responsibilities. The position involves 75% clinical work and 25% administrative tasks, with a focus on supporting the clinician's pathway towards BCaBA or BCBA certification. Key Essentials to Behavior Management Corp (KEBM) is an ABA therapy company founded in 2016, operating five clinics across Southern California and Georgia. They utilize a proprietary S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology, which is a group ABA therapy model focused on social skills, behavior intervention, and individualized goals within a structured group dynamic. KEBM serves a diverse client base, including those funded by insurance, private pay, and participants in open play and camp programs, emphasizing equal quality of care for all clients. The company is women-founded, minority-owned, and committed to clinical quality and employee well-being.
