About The Position

This is a senior peer mentor role, not a supervisory one, designed to support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Senior Pod Leaders (SPLs) without the burden of direct supervision. The Lead Social Pod Clinician will mentor RBTs and SPLs, provide real-time coaching, and manage a senior caseload. Supervisory authority remains with the Program Supervisor, Clinic Manager, and BCBA team, ensuring clear boundaries and responsibilities. The role involves 75% clinical work and 25% administrative tasks, with a focus on supporting the individual's BCaBA or BCBA pathway. Key Essentials to Behavior Management Corp (KEBM) is an ABA therapy company founded in 2016, operating five clinics across Southern California and Georgia. They utilize a proprietary S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology, a group ABA therapy model focused on social skills, behavior intervention, and individualized goals within a structured group dynamic. KEBM serves a diverse client base, including insurance-funded, private pay, open play, and camp families, emphasizing clinical quality and client outcomes. The company is women-founded, minority-owned, and committed to equitable treatment for all clients.
