About The Position

Key Essentials to Behavior Management Corp (KEBM) is seeking a Social Pod Clinician, also known as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), to join their team. This role involves delivering 1:1 and group ABA therapy within the S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. model, implementing individualized plans, and collecting data. The position is available for both full-time and part-time employment and offers service settings in clinics, homes, and communities. KEBM emphasizes a supportive environment with on-site supervisors and a clear career pipeline, aiming to prevent the burnout often experienced by RBTs in other organizations. The company serves a diverse client base, including those funded by insurance, private pay, and participants in open play and camp programs, with a commitment to providing high-quality care to all.

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB (or within 90 days of hire).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Clean background check.
  • Read data before acting on intuition and understand the difference between clinical practice and implementation.
  • Desire for a Lead RBT or Program Supervisor Trainee role and see KEBM's pipeline as a path to achieve this.
  • Belief that 'never alone' is a key feature of a supportive work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of ABA experience in a clinical or in-home setting.
  • BCaBA pathway progress (graduate coursework, supervised hours accumulating).
  • Bilingual (Spanish).
  • Crisis intervention training (CPI, Safety Care, PCM).

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized ABA programs across clinic, home, and community settings.
  • Deliver group therapy within S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S., managing group dynamics while individualizing for up to 3 learners at a 1:3 ratio.
  • Collect accurate data and analyze progress toward individual client goals, identifying trends and flagging key information for the BCBA.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, Program Supervisors, and fellow pod members as part of a clinical team.
  • Support open play and camp programming, providing the same quality of care to all clients.
  • Adjust interventions based on real-time response, utilizing autonomy within the clinical plan.
  • Respond appropriately to behaviors including elopement, aggression, and self-injury, with training and supervisory backup.

Benefits

  • Paid sick time (per state law) for part-time employees.
  • CEU reimbursement for certification maintenance.
  • Supervision hours for BCaBA/BCBA pathway candidates at no cost.
  • Professional liability coverage.
  • Ongoing S.O.C.I.A.L. P.O.D.S. methodology training.
  • Priority access to full-time roles as they open.
