The Social Media Strategist plays a critical role in bringing our brand to life across social platforms through compelling storytelling, community engagement, and algorithm-winning content. This role sits within the Marketing team and is responsible for driving Consuela’s organic social media presence primarily across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok while helping grow a highly engaged, loyal community around the brand. This person lives at the intersection of creativity, culture, trends, storytelling, and analytics. They understand how to create content that resonates emotionally while also performing strategically within ever-evolving platform algorithms. The Social Media Strategist is equal parts creative thinker, trend forecaster, community builder, and operational executor. Reporting to the Vice President, Head of Marketing, this role partners closely with Creative, Brand Marketing, Retail, Ecommerce, Customer Experience, and external partners to ensure social content reflects the heart of the Consuela brand while driving meaningful engagement and audience growth. Successful candidates are naturally curious, deeply plugged into culture and trends, and energized by fast-paced environments with constant evolution. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about building community through storytelling and content that feels authentic, joyful, artistic, and unmistakably Consuela.
