About The Position

This role is the operational backbone of enterprise social media enablement, ensuring platform continuity, governed content distribution, scalable onboarding, and uninterrupted support. It enables compliant, high-volume social media participation for client-facing teams across Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Payments and Liquidity, and Consumer Banking and Lending. The impact is consistent brand presence, reduced risk, and faster growth across lines of business. This role follows a hybrid work schedule and can sit in Charlotte, NC or St. Louis, MO. Requirements

  • 2+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platform (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations for enterprise social media platforms to ensure uptime and continuity
  • Lead content creation to meet regulatory, risk, and brand standards across all channels
  • Support onboarding for new users across Commercial Banking, Corporate and Investment Banking, Global Payments and Liquidity, and Consumer Banking and Lending
  • Manage workflows that enable timely publishing and approvals at enterprise volume
  • Partner with risk and legal teams to enable compliant platform use and content posting
  • Track platform usage, reach, and adoption to inform program improvements
  • Lead frontline support to resolve issues and maintain service levels
  • Execute program controls that reduce operational risk as the user base expands
  • Coordinate vendors and tools to support global rollout and sustained performance
