About The Position

This role focuses on managing and growing TikTok Shop operations, fostering influencer partnerships, executing performance marketing campaigns, and driving content and account growth across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in TikTok, the creator economy, and short-form video trends, with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in TikTok, Social media or E-Commerce Marketing.
  • Strong interest in TikTok content, creator economy and short-form video trends.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workflows (creators, contents and campaigns).
  • Data-driven mindset with understanding of key metrics (engagements, CR, conversion, GMV).
  • Strong communication skills and proactive with a ownership-driven attitude.
  • Comfortable working in a startup-like environment with ambiguity and fast iteration.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or exposure to influencer/affiliate marketing is a strong plus.
  • Interest in multi-platform content growth (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
  • Mandarin Speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor TikTok store performance and ensure overall account health.
  • Track product ratings, reviews, and customer feedback trends.
  • Respond to selected reviews/comments to maintain brand voice and engagement.
  • Identify risks or issues and proactively escalate to the team.
  • Identify, outreach, and build relationships with TikTok creators.
  • Manage collaboration workflow including product seeding and sample tracking, briefing creators with clear content direction, and monitoring content delivery and performance.
  • Evaluate creator performance and build a pool of high-potential long-term partners.
  • Support TikTok growth strategy and campaign planning.
  • Assist with GMV Max campaigns and platform advertising tools.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and platform campaigns.
  • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for conversion and ROI.
  • Manage and grow Official TikTok accounts with potential to support content expansion across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Execute a structured content plan including high-frequency posting in early-stage growth and transition to strategic data-driven content planning.
  • Collaborate on content ideation, trends, and storytelling.
