We build products that actually work, market them in ways that actually convert, and move faster than any company our size. We're not looking for someone to watch from the sidelines. We're looking for someone who wants to be in the room — posting, writing, researching, and helping shape what a $150M+ brand says to the world every single day.

Requirements

• You're on TikTok because you can't not be.
• You watch a video go viral and immediately know why.
• You have opinions about captions.
• You notice when a brand's tone is off.
• You're a strong writer who understands the difference between copy that scrolls past and copy that converts.
• You're detail-oriented — because posting the wrong thing on a brand account with millions of customers is not an option.
• You move fast, because we do.

Nice To Haves

• You've run your own social accounts, managed a brand page, or created content with a real following.

Responsibilities

• Post and schedule content daily across TikTok, Instagram, and X
• Manage comments and DMs — you're the voice of the brand
• Research competitors, trending audio, and viral formats — bring weekly insights that actually move the needle
• Write captions and copy that stops thumbs and drives action
• Spot trending opportunities before they peak and flag them to the team
• Support the marketing team with creative briefs and campaign execution
