Lighthouse Guild is looking for a creative, digitally fluent Social Media Manager to own and grow our social media presence across organizational and executive channels. Reporting to the Senior Director, Digital Marketing & Brand, this role will be responsible for content planning, execution, and performance optimization. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands platforms deeply, thinks in content formats, and knows how to build engaged digital communities. You'll manage posting across Lighthouse Guild's organizational channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X for now - with a view to expand) and work closely with the CMO to develop and execute the CEO's personal social media presence (initially LinkedIn), bringing strategic vision to life through compelling, platform-native content.
