As our dealership group continues to grow, we are seeking a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling and online engagement efforts. Position Summary The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across multiple dealership brands and platforms. This individual will create engaging content, capture photo and video assets, grow audience engagement, promote dealership events and inventory, and strengthen the online presence of Fenton Family Dealerships. This position is ideal for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of social media marketing or digital marketing experience.
  • Strong photography and videography skills.
  • Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive industry experience.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing platforms.
  • Experience running Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Create and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop content calendars for all dealership brands.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of vehicles, employees, dealership events, and community activities.
  • Write compelling social media copy that reflects each brand's voice and objectives.
  • Coordinate with department managers to identify content opportunities.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, and online interactions.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers and community organizations.
  • Promote dealership sponsorships, charitable initiatives, and local events.
  • Assist in developing and executing social media advertising campaigns.
  • Support vehicle launches, sales events, service promotions, and recruiting initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Track engagement, audience growth, lead generation, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly reports and recommendations for leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to improve performance.
