About The Position

Adams Support Office staff are expected to provide exceptional support to both our internal teams and stakeholders, ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards that define the Adams experience. For the Social Media Manager, this means developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging, brand-aligned content, and building strong connections with our customers and community. By collaborating across departments and managing content execution, the Social Media Manager helps ensure a consistent, engaging presence that supports company initiatives and strengthens the Adams brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field required
  • 5–7 years of experience in social media, content creation, or creative marketing roles, including experience guiding or directing team members or contractors
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social campaigns or content series you originated, produced, and measured
  • Professional-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with experience shooting and editing short-form video
  • Strong conceptual thinking, with the ability to develop original ideas and campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to write in a consistent, brand-aligned voice
  • Ability to lead creative execution by briefing designers, providing feedback, and maintaining a clear creative vision
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a full content calendar and production schedule
  • Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with the ability to create platform-specific content

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies supporting seasonal promotions, events, product features, and community initiatives
  • Create platform-specific campaign concepts while maintaining consistent content series, visual styles, and a recognizable Adams social presence
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to align content with overall strategy and business goals
  • Coordinate and provide direction to internal creative resources, including Graphic Designers and Animators
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, managing the full production process from concept through delivery
  • Direct on-location shoots across store locations, capturing products, team members, and the customer experience while maintaining a consistent visual style
  • Manage the social media content calendar, aligning posts with promotions, events, and business priorities
  • Write on-brand captions and messaging that reflect Adams’ voice
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain strong engagement
  • Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
  • Track key performance metrics, including engagement, reach, follower growth, and content effectiveness
  • Use data insights to optimize content strategy and improve performance
  • Establish and track progress toward social media goals aligned with overall marketing objectives
