About The Position

WHAT YOU’LL DO - Create visually compelling content (photography, videos, graphics, and written posts) to showcase the hotel's facilities, amenities, services, and location. Curate user-generated content, including guest reviews, photos, and testimonials, to build an authentic brand image. - Works collaboratively with key internal teams to develop and promote special events to drive local and leisure business to the hotels. Develop promotions that are newsworthy. - Design and manage paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that drive traffic to the website and promote special offers, events, or seasonal promotions. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize and adjust strategies as needed. - Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Build and nurture relationships with influencers, travel bloggers, and industry partners to expand brand reach. - Monitor trends and implement the latest social media practices to keep the brand’s presence innovative and engaging. - Monitor and report on social media performance, providing insights on growth, engagement, and ROI to senior management. Use social media analytics tools to track key metrics, including reach, engagement, conversions, and brand sentiment. - Ensure that all content and communication align with the hotel’s brand voice, values, and image. Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure regular posting across platforms. - Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the hotel remains competitive in the digital space. WHAT YOU BRING - Previous Media Relations experience. - Social Media site management experience. - At least three years of previous Public Relations managerial experience. - Prefer candidates with hotel/hospitality industry experience. Requirements
