About The Position

The Social Media Manager will lead and implement the company’s organic social media strategy across key platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a unified content strategy that supports larger marketing goals, brand awareness, and lead generation efforts. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience and hands-on familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Prior B2B marketing experience.
  • Experience using social media scheduling and reporting tools such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing abilities.
  • Ability to create polished executive-level and brand-focused content that maintains tone, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn strategy, B2B social engagement, and social performance metrics such as impressions, engagement rates, clicks, and traffic impact, with the ability to turn insights into strategic action.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing social media for B2B organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in building and expanding LinkedIn presence and engagement.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of the company’s organic social strategy, with LinkedIn serving as the primary focus along with support across additional social platforms.
  • Manage, plan, and improve the social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting schedules, alignment with platform best practices, and collaboration across internal teams.
  • Develop, curate, and manage engaging social media content, including written copy, simple graphics, and coordination with design teams for more advanced creative assets.
  • Support executive and subject matter expert thought leadership initiatives by creating content that positions the organization as an industry leader in customer experience, business services, and digital innovation.
  • Work closely with teams across marketing, paid media, analytics, content, and talent acquisition to support integrated campaigns, lead generation efforts, and employer branding strategies.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on campaign performance, identifying trends, providing recommendations for optimization, and offering insights into engagement opportunities.
