We are looking for a Social Media Lead who can take full ownership of our clients’ social media presence from strategy to execution. This role combines strategic thinking, content creation, and day-to-day management of social platforms. We are seeking a Social Media Lead to take full ownership of our clients’ social media presence, from strategy to execution. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and understands how social media drives real business outcomes. You will be responsible for designing and implementing social media strategies, creating and publishing content, managing communities, and continuously optimizing performance to achieve client objectives.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy and content planning
  • Ability to create compelling content (copywriting and basic design skills using tools like Canva or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
  • Proactive, organized, and results-oriented

  • Experience with paid social media campaigns
  • Experience working with B2B companies
  • Understanding of branding and positioning

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client business goals
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars
  • Produce and publish high-quality content (copy and basic visuals)
  • Manage day-to-day operations across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content and campaigns accordingly
  • Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and interactions
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
  • Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing and business strategies
