About The Position

Zania is seeking a Social Media & Growth Marketer to revolutionize its online presence in the enterprise security and GRC space. This role is a creative challenge, moving beyond traditional marketing tactics to develop a distinct and impactful social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making Zania impossible to ignore through bold ideas, sharp creative instincts, and a focus on high-quality, original content. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy position where you will collaborate directly with the founders to shape Zania's public image and drive growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, or growth marketing.
A portfolio demonstrating original, high-quality creative work.
Proven ability to independently concept, create, and publish content across LinkedIn for a professional or enterprise audience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to craft Zania's public voice and ensure it resonates credibly with senior enterprise buyers.
Understanding of LinkedIn, X, YouTube, or a strong desire to master them quickly.
Ability to execute independently with little to no budget.
Demonstrated taste and understanding of content that earns attention versus content that merely fills a calendar.

Responsibilities

Own Zania's social voice and build its network presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Develop a distinct point of view that stands out in the GRC and enterprise security space.
Generate bold, original, and creative ideas for social content that capture the attention of GRC and security leaders.
Concept, create, and publish content with short turnarounds, operating with a low budget and high output.
Ensure all content is credible and resonates with a senior enterprise audience, including CISOs, compliance leads, and risk officers.
Collaborate closely with founders to shape Zania's brand and market presence.
