Requirements

  • Bilingual (English and French) with advanced proficiency in English.
  • Excellent written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French with strong cultural awareness.
  • Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging.
  • Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Familiarity with all major social platforms such as Facebook (account use may be required depending on client needs).
  • Ability to engage with a variety of content topics (e.g., tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma).
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent customer service instincts.
  • Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels using their unique brand voice.
  • Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement.
  • Help maintain online communities that are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
  • Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed.
  • Build a strong understanding of client brands, including their strategy, tone, and audience.
