About The Position

We’re growing—and looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who can blend strategy, creativity, and execution to drive real results for our clients in the medical aesthetics space. Who We Are Incredible Marketing is a full-service digital agency specializing in medical aesthetics, wellness, and healthcare brands. We work with clients across the country (and beyond), helping them grow through high-performing digital strategy. We’re a fully remote team of high-performers who move fast, think creatively, and care deeply about delivering results.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong Canva skills (this is a MUST)
  • Experience creating Reels/TikToks and short-form video content (this is a MUST)
  • Experience using AI tools for content creation and workflow efficiency
  • Strong copywriting skills for social + email
  • Familiarity with Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  • Understanding of social media strategy and analytics
  • Ability to manage client communication confidently

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, or wellness
  • Experience with email platforms (Mailchimp, Go High Level, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of paid ads and how organic + paid work together
  • Light video editing skills (CapCut, etc.)
  • Understanding of content funnels and conversion strategy

Responsibilities

  • Create high-performing social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
  • Create graphics, carousels, and short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) using Canva (and similar tools)
  • Develop engaging hooks, captions, and storytelling-driven content
  • Turn trends into on-brand, client-specific content ideas
  • Batch and plan content efficiently while maintaining quality
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to accelerate ideation, copywriting, and workflows
  • Leverage Canva AI, Google tools, and automation tools to improve speed and output
  • Stay ahead of new tools, trends, and content formats
  • Manage and grow client accounts across platforms
  • Build and execute content strategies aligned with client goals (growth, leads, revenue)
  • Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on data
  • Stay on top of platform changes, trends, and algorithm shifts
  • Write and plan email campaigns (promotions, newsletters, automations)
  • Collaborate on campaign strategy tied to social + offers
  • Understand how email fits into the full marketing funnel
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients
  • Present ideas, campaigns, and performance insights clearly and confidently
  • Build strong relationships by understanding each client’s brand, voice, and goals
  • Translate performance metrics into clear, actionable insights
  • Work closely with design, ads, and strategy teams
  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally
  • Contribute ideas to help us continually improve
