Social Media & Content Coordinator

Kapco Career•Grafton, WI

About The Position

We are seeking a Social Media & Content Coordinator to own our enterprise social media channels across all brands and initiatives. This role involves maintaining social strategy, publishing calendars, and platform-specific approaches. You will be responsible for scheduling and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and managing community interactions. Establishing and managing social media governance, including content review, approvals, and brand consistency, is crucial. You will also track social performance, providing reporting, insights, and recommendations. A key part of this role is creating engaging, platform-native content such as short-form video, reels, photography, and behind-the-scenes captures. You will write social captions, digital copy, and supporting messaging across multiple brands, identifying and capturing meaningful stories, projects, and moments across the organization. Staying current on social trends, formats, and best practices is essential. This role focuses on quick-turn, social-first capture rather than long-form production, and will coordinate with the Content & Multimedia Manager who owns higher-production video, brand films, and training content. You will also support paid social execution in coordination with the Director of Marketing and our third-party paid partner, and partner with the Director of Marketing on email and analytics. Contributing content and ideas to campaigns, events, internal communications, and culture initiatives is also expected. We are building an AI-enabled marketing team, and using tools like Claude and ChatGPT is a normal, expected part of how we work here for drafting, research, analysis, and iteration. We provide the access and latitude to use them well and responsibly within company guidelines.

  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT in a professional setting — for drafting, ideation, and content iteration — with the judgment to keep brand voice, accuracy, and approvals intact
