About The Position

The Senior Social Media Analyst role is part of the Commerce Product Marketing team, responsible for events, content, web, and product marketing to share the Salesforce story for Agentforce Commerce. This is a hands-on Individual Contributor role supporting global social strategy and the employee advocacy program. This is a hybrid role requiring three days in the office each week.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience supporting or executing social marketing programs that drive real business results.
Comfortable using Figma and Sprout Social daily.
Strong storyteller with excellent written communication skills and fresh, innovative ideas for a global audience.
Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and build strong relationships across the company.
Organized and fast-paced, able to multi-task without losing attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting employee advocacy or thought leadership programs at scale.
Experience working with external creative and media agencies.
Understanding of the technology or commerce industry landscape.

Responsibilities

Use Figma to design social media posts and perform basic video editing so content looks professional and engaging.
Support planning, writing, and publishing daily content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube using Sprout Social.
Support organic posts and help manage a small assigned budget to boost posts needing extra reach.
Help grow the employee advocacy program, empowering Salesforce employees and thought leaders to share the company's message.
Work onsite at events to record and edit videos, interview customers, and find creative ways to engage the community.
Support major commerce programs during Cyber Week, including holiday-season social media work.
Track data and community insights to measure post performance, using a test-and-learn approach to improve results.
