About The Position

The Social Media Advertising Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end management of social media advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on driving high-quality leads through Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) as well as LinkedIn. In this role, you will purchase advertising directly on behalf of our clients, monitor campaign success, and ensure client satisfaction and retention. This position requires both technical expertise in advertising platforms and the ability to translate complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights that drive results.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience managing social media ad campaigns in a professional setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose underperforming ads and make strategic adjustments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate marketing data and analytics into clear recommendations.
  • A strong focus on customer service, client success, and retention.
  • Able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills including, demonstrated listening skills and the ability to present ideas and thoughts concisely and effectively both internally and outside the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Ability to identify underperforming campaigns and determine when to pivot creative assets, messaging, or targeting strategies.
  • Comfortable overseeing multiple business pages, ad accounts, and Business Portfolios in a high-volume environment.
  • Understanding of social media marketing principles, campaign structures, lead management, and CRM integrations.
  • Ability to clearly explain marketing concepts, campaign performance, and analytics to both internal teams and non-technical audiences.
  • Focused on client success, retention, responsiveness, and building strong relationships.
  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager and Adobe Express to support campaign execution and creative updates.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and manage social media lead generation campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, budgets, and creative assets to improve results.
  • Manage and maintain lead data flow, ensuring leads are properly captured and delivered through file downloads or CRM integrations.
  • Oversee multiple business pages and Business Portfolios simultaneously.
  • Utilize internal systems for campaign order details and management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and campaign retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
