Mission: Manage day-to-day social media activity with a strong focus on community engagement and real-time conversations. It requires a deep understanding of online audience behavior and the ability to translate it into relevant and authentic content. A strong connection to digital culture and experience engaging with diverse communities, including LGBTQ+ audiences, is essential to ensure respectful and effective communication.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management and/or community management
  • Previous experience working in agencies or fast-paced environments
  • Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone depending on context, audience, and platform
  • Deep understanding of internet culture, platform behaviors, and online communities
  • Experience managing conversations in real time, including sensitive or high-context topics
  • Ability to identify trends early and act quickly without losing brand consistency
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
