About The Position

The Snowflake Lounge Supervisor supervises and coordinates team members in a bar and lounge setting. The role also works directly as a bartender, mixing and serving drinks to patrons. The supervisor oversees service, outlet cleanliness and equipment, inventory, financial reviews, staff scheduling, and team member hiring, mentoring, and development.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Associate's degree or equivalent, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Publisher.
• Experience with point-of-sale software.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enjoy working with others and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with team members as a bartender, mixing and serving drinks to patrons.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintain the outlet and its equipment.
• Complete and report biweekly inventory.
• Prepare, report, and review monthly financial reviews.
• Schedule staff.
• Supervise 5–12 team members to ensure consistent and efficient guest service.
• Interview, hire, and mentor team members; motivate and educate staff; and coach team members when necessary.
