About The Position

The Lounge Supervisor works in conjunction with unit management to monitor activities and ensure conformance with Company, government, and accrediting agency standards and regulations. The role oversees lounge operations with a focus on customer service, client satisfaction, cost-effective management, quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and facility-related activities. The supervisor follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or comparable experience.
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with management, clients, customers, and associates.
Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
Initiative, sense of urgency, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Ensure optimal customer service and client satisfaction.
Provide cost-effective management that meets and exceeds stated expectations.
Assist with responsibility for operational activities, including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and facility-related activities.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Perform other duties as assigned.
