About The Position

In conjunction with unit management, the Lounge Supervisor monitors activities to ensure compliance with company, government, and accrediting agency standards and regulations. The role supports customer service and client satisfaction, cost-effective management, and operational activities including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and facility-related activities. The supervisor follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Associate’s degree or comparable experience.
3–5 years of relevant experience.
Supervisory, leadership, management, and coaching skills.
Written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with management, clients, customers, and associates.
Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
Initiative, a sense of urgency, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Ensure optimal customer service and client satisfaction.
Provide cost-effective management that meets and exceeds stated expectations.
Assist with responsibility for operational activities, including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and facility-related activities.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Perform other duties as assigned.
