About The Position
We are looking for a reliable Snow Remover to help ensure a safe and orderly environment across assigned facilities. This role supports the appearance and sanitation of the workplace and contributes to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. The position pays $30.00 per hour; the specific offer may vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. The schedule is on call: Monday through Friday in the afternoons and evenings, and all day Saturday and Sunday. The role may suit someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.
- Military or veteran experience is encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Remove snow within assigned areas.
- Apply salt to sidewalks and around buildings to help ensure a safe environment.
- Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
- Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
