About The Position

ABM is seeking a reliable Snow Remover to help maintain a safe and orderly environment across assigned facilities. The role contributes to the appearance and sanitation of the workplace and supports a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. This is an on-call position with a schedule of Monday through Friday afternoons and evenings, and all day Saturday and Sunday. The listed pay rate is $30.00 per hour; a specific offer may vary based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.
• The position may suit someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
• Veterans and candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow within assigned areas.
• Apply salt to sidewalks and around buildings to help ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
