About The Position

This is a seasonal, on-call position during the winter season, November through March. Selected individuals must have reliable transportation or be able to access the workplace by MBTA, be comfortable with an on-call schedule, and be able to perform the job’s functions reasonably and safely. The position involves snow removal and on-call cleaning.

Eligible employees may enroll in benefit programs generally including health, vision, and dental insurance; flexible spending and health savings accounts; retirement savings plans; life and disability insurance; and paid and unpaid time away from work. Compensation is $19.81–$23.30 per hour, subject to factors including collective bargaining coverage, location, market rates, experience, and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
