About The Position

The Temporary Snow Removal position provides flexible, seasonal assistance across the community to help keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained. Duties vary based on property needs and may include winter snow removal, summer pool support, grounds and common-area upkeep, cleaning, and light maintenance. The role also monitors property conditions, reports safety or maintenance concerns to the management office, and supports additional operational tasks as needed. The position requires availability for flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and prompt response to urgent or time-sensitive property needs, including snow removal, safety concerns, weather events, and emergencies. It has no supervisory responsibilities. The caretaker is expected to provide courteous, responsive, and quality service to residents in accordance with the company’s Platinum Service® principles. The work includes manual labor and outdoor work in varying weather conditions. The employee must be able to shovel snow, lift and carry materials, move items weighing up to 50 pounds, and safely operate basic maintenance and snow-removal equipment. Cognitive requirements include completing tasks independently, communicating effectively with supervisors and team members, expressing oneself clearly, and having proficient computer literacy. The job may also involve exposure to typical office conditions, including ambient room temperatures, lighting, and traditional office equipment.
