About The Position
Seasonal, on-call snow removal position supporting the Elan and Apex at Verona residential communities. The role helps ensure the safety of residents and prospective residents by clearing snow and salting common areas. Work is scheduled on an on-call basis depending on weather, during the November-to-April season.
Requirements
- Dependable and responsible.
- Able to work independently.
- Good attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-call snow removal as property needs require.
- Clear snow from sidewalks, walkways, entry areas, and parking lots.
- Salt common walkways, including sidewalks and entryways.
- Positively promote Fiduciary Real Estate Development in the apartment community.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
