About The Position
Seasonal, on-call snow removal work supporting the Elan and Apex at Verona apartment communities and other residential properties in Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay. The role helps ensure the safety of residents and prospective residents by clearing snow and salting common areas. Work is on an on-call basis according to weather and property needs, during the November-to-April season.
Requirements
- Dependable and responsible.
- Able to work independently.
- Good attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform on-call snow removal as needed at the property.
- Clear snow from sidewalks, walkways, entry areas, and parking lots.
- Salt common walkways, including sidewalks and entryways.
- Positively promote Fiduciary Real Estate Development in the apartment community.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
