About The Position

North Atlantic Snow is hiring seasonal Snow Plow Truck Operators to service commercial properties during the winter storm season. Operators clear snow and ice from commercial lots, access roads, and other high-traffic sites using a late-model F-550 truck equipped with a Fisher V-Plow. Some routes include a shoveler riding in the truck. Work may involve early mornings, late nights, and emergency storm events. Operators follow a storm plan prepared by the management team and use mobile apps to record completed work and report accurately. Routes are assigned according to where employees live and operational needs. The service area includes Seacoast and Southern New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northeastern Massachusetts.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience plowing commercial properties, such as lots or facilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• DOT medical card; guidance is available.
• Dependability and a safety-conscious approach to work.
• Reliability during storms.
• Comfort using mobile apps to log completed work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Pride in delivering quality work.

Responsibilities
