About The Position

Vizmeg Landscape is hiring Snow Removal Operators for the 2026–2027 winter season. This seasonal role involves clearing and de-icing snow at residential and commercial properties in multiple areas across Ohio, including Stow, Hudson, Twinsburg, Akron, and Medina. Operators may use their own equipment or company equipment and work independently or as part of a team under the supervision of the Snow Area Manager. The role is on-call 24/7 when snow arrives and requires working in extreme weather. Pay is $25–$45 per hour, paid weekly. The posting notes potential for full-time opportunities in the spring.

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of experience operating plow trucks, skid steers, front end loaders, and other snow removal equipment.
Must be at least 21 years old to operate a vehicle.
Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and drug test.
Driver’s license in good standing.
Must be on-call 24/7 and ready when snow arrives.
Ability to work in extreme weather and lift 50+ lbs.
Must have reliable transportation and live near the assigned area.

Responsibilities

Operate snow removal equipment independently or as part of a team under the supervision of the Snow Area Manager.
De-ice and clear snow from walkways, driveways, and parking lots at residential and commercial properties.
Promote safety at the worksite.
Provide excellent customer service.
