About The Position

North Atlantic Snow is hiring seasonal Snow Plow Truck Operators to service commercial properties during the winter storm season. Operators are assigned to routes in Seacoast New Hampshire, Southern New Hampshire, Southern Maine, and Northeastern Massachusetts based on their residence and operational needs. The position pays $24.00–$30.00 per hour depending on experience.

Operators use a late-model F-550 truck equipped with a Fisher V-Plow to clear snow and ice from commercial properties. Some routes include a shoveler riding along. Work may involve early mornings, late nights, and emergency storm events. Operators follow a storm plan prepared by the management team and use mobile apps to record completed work and report accurately.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience plowing commercial properties, such as lots or facilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• DOT medical card; guidance is available for obtaining one.
• Dependability and a safety-conscious approach, with pride in quality work.
• Reliability during storms.
• Comfort using mobile apps to log completed work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities
