About The Position

EverLine Coatings of Southern Coastal NJ is hiring a dependable, experienced Snow Plow Operator for the winter season in Robbinsville, NJ, and surrounding service areas. This weather-dependent, seasonal, on-call position has variable, non-guaranteed weekly hours based on snowfall and ice conditions. Operators must respond promptly to dispatch communications and be available for agreed shifts during winter weather events, including overnight shifts, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. The company provides a truck, plow, and snow removal equipment.

Requirements

Prior hands-on experience operating a truck-mounted snow plow.
Valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the company’s vehicle insurer.
Reliable transportation to the designated reporting location.
Availability for snow and ice events, including overnight shifts, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions and perform the physical tasks associated with snow removal.
Good judgment, attention to property protection, and ability to follow a route independently.
Working smartphone and reliable communication.

Responsibilities

Operate a company truck equipped with a snow plow to clear assigned commercial and residential properties.
Apply salt and deicing materials as directed.
Follow assigned routes and site instructions, keeping entrances, drive lanes, and designated access areas clear.
Assist with snow blowing, shoveling, and sidewalk clearing when needed.
Inspect equipment before and after use and promptly report damage, mechanical issues, or unsafe conditions.
Record work completed, service times, and site photos using a smartphone.
Communicate with the team throughout each snow event.
