Recall.ai is seeking an SMB Sales Manager to lead and expand its Velocity/SMB segment. This role involves coaching and developing a team of Account Executives focused on helping fast-growing companies integrate Recall.ai into their product and engineering workflows. The manager will be responsible for building a high-performing, operationally excellent team capable of managing a large volume of opportunities and maintaining strong pipeline coverage. Initially, the manager will oversee 2 Account Executives and carry a partial sales quota for 3-6 months to gain proficiency with Recall.ai's products. The company operates in-office in San Francisco, California. Recall.ai's mission is to simplify working with conversation data for developers, offering a unified API to capture transcripts, recordings, and metadata from various meeting platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
