About The Position

Wireless Plus is a Verizon Authorized Retailer with over 36 locations across California, experiencing significant growth since 1991. We are expanding our small business sales team and seeking a dedicated Small Business Account Manager. This role is responsible for managing SMB accounts from start to finish, including prospecting, closing deals, and growing a portfolio of business by selling Verizon wireless services, business internet (FWA/Fios), and other business solutions. This is a quota-carrying position with uncapped commission, offering substantial earning potential for individuals with a strong hunting mentality.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales, telecom, or account management experience
  • Verizon/wireless experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of hitting quota and self-generating pipeline
  • Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Ability to travel within your territory
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close small business accounts (wireless lines, devices, FWA/Fios internet, business solutions)
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach, needs assessment, proposal, close, onboarding
  • Grow and retain your book of business; drive upsell and add-a-line activity
  • Partner with retail store teams to source and convert leads
  • Hit monthly activation and revenue targets; keep pipeline current in CRM
  • Represent the Verizon brand professionally in the market
