About The Position

The Slot Technician repairs slot machines and other gaming-related equipment, performs general maintenance, and carries out machine installation, movement, denomination changes, and game changes as directed by management. The role conducts predetermined tests and checks to diagnose reported machine problems while following state gaming regulations, company policies, procedures, internal controls, courtesy guidelines, and safety standards. The employee safeguards assigned company assets and represents Hard Rock Biloxi positively to guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors. Duties and responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.

Responsibilities

Know and abide by Hard Rock policies, procedures, internal controls, and courtesy guidelines.
Perform all duties in accordance with state gaming regulations.
Repair slot machines and other gaming-related equipment.
Perform general maintenance as assigned or in accordance with existing procedures.
Install, move, change the denomination of, and change games on slot machines as directed by management.
Safeguard assigned company assets.
Take necessary precautions to maintain company safety standards while repairing slot machines and other gaming-related equipment.
Perform predetermined tests and checks on specific machines to establish the causes of problems reported by management or slot floor personnel.
Adhere to department and property policies and procedures.
Maintain knowledge of property information and memorabilia.
