About The Position

Under general direction from the Slot Tech Supervisor, Slot Supervisor, Slot Tech Manager and/or Director of Slot Operations, the Slot Technician I promotes a positive customer experience by repairing and monitoring slot machines to ensure games are operational. The technician assists patrons and associates in resolving immediate problems, including jams, tilts, jackpots, and player-tracking online problems, and replaces parts promptly and courteously according to established policies, procedures, regulations, and ordinances.
