Serve as a front-line employee, interfacing with customers as well as personnel from other departments (i.e. Cashiers, Slot Technicians, Security, Surveillance, Housekeeping, etc.). Ensure a positive overall experience for our customers. Monitor customer service standards on the casino floor, including responding to machine jackpot/fill and machine paper fills. Generate jackpot/fill slips at jackpot/fill workstations, making sure all documents are signed properly. Transport slot payoffs. Notify Slot Technicians when in need of assistance due to mechanical failure of slot machines. Repair faulty equipment if possible, and provide documentation regarding items that cannot be repaired to Slot Technicians for additional action. Work closely with Slot Services Shift Supervisor to stay informed regarding new projects and technical needs of the department. Handle bill can resets and bill jams. Complete daily checklists, which may include bulbs, chairs, etc. Report major technical and machine malfunctions to Slot Technicians. Ensure the overall efficiency, productivity and upkeep of the gaming floor. Answer all change lights. Distribute change to customers efficiently, quickly and accurately. Explain and promote the functions of each machine. Assist customers with Personal Banker. Answer all customer questions. Support the policies and procedures of Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel and the Slot Services/Performance Department. Attend department meetings. Treat customers and employees with kindness and courtesy. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
