About The Position

The SHOW comes alive at MGM Resorts International. As a Slot Operations Dispatcher, you will be the central point of communication for the department by ensuring a seamless experience for guests and internal teams. In this role, you will manage dispatches, prioritize administrative tasks, and deliver top-tier service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain proper licensure are required by the New York State Gaming Commission
• Has a high school diploma or GED
• Has the availability to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard office equipment
• Has experience with dispatching, call management, or administrative coordination, preferably in hospitality or gaming

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize dispatches using a computerized maintenance management system, ensuring swift response to slot-related needs
• Act as the communication hub between guests, floor personnel, and all casino departments, providing clear, professional, and efficient service
• Own all guest requests and concerns, resolving issues promptly while delivering an exceptional service experience
• Maintain deep knowledge of casino operations and property offerings to assist guests and team members effectively
• Uphold a clean, safe, and professional work environment, contributing to a high-energy and engaging casino atmosphere
