About The Position

The Slot Floor Supervisor is responsible for ensuring excellent internal and external guest service. This role involves accurately paying and/or verifying jackpot winnings to guests, completing required documentation, and possessing knowledge of slot machines to clear jams and maintain ticket dispensers. The supervisor also ensures compliance with company policies, gaming regulations, and facility rules. Additionally, the position may require participation in soft drop/count procedures and protecting company assets. Other reasonable duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent internal/external guest service skills.
• Ability to accurately pay and/or verify jackpot winnings.
• Ability to complete required written documentation.
• Knowledge of slot machines to clear bill validator jams and maintain ticket dispensers.
• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Understanding of gaming regulations.
• Ability to protect company assets.

Responsibilities
